A celebration service, lasting 1 hour, with something for every member of the family.

Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday 15th April, 2:00pm - Easter Egg Hunt and Easter Treasure Trail

Easter Egg Hunt - designed to be suitable for young children accompanied by their families. Following the map provided, hunt for eggs in some local gardens.

Easter Treasure Trail - designed to be suitable for Year 6 and above. Working in groups, follow clues around Nailsea to piece together a puzzle. Prize for all participants.

Both activities finish up back at the church for Hot Cross Buns and other refreshments.

Saturday 16th April, 7:30pm at Nailsea School - Tricks and Hits

Come and join us for a brilliant night of live music from singer-songwriter Philippa Hanna and trickery with comedy from Steve Legg.

World's Biggest Coffee Morning

Come along to the World's Biggest Coffee Morning, here at the church, to enjoy tea, coffee, cakes and biscuits, and to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Bring a friend or two!

Soup and bread lunch followed by either games or a walk (take your pick) and then cake. Please sign up on the list in the church foyer or by emailing/phoning Kin and Sarah.
Southfield Men's Group

Thursday 19th October, 10:30am. Southfield Men's Group - ‘Autumn colours’ walk

Meet at church at 10.30 a.m. Lunch to follow.
(Plan B: If the weather is wet we will instead visit the John Wesley Chapel and 12 room museum in Broadmead. Museum entry £5 for seniors. The walk can be re-scheduled for Thursday 2nd November).

Saturday 18th November, 2:00-4:00pm, Nailsea Methodist Church - Including Children in Worship and Prayer

This seminar, organised by CTiN&D, is run by Doug Horley, who has a national and international ministry working with children and song writing. It's for all children’s workers and looks at the culture kids are growing up in, the influences they are exposed to, and how we can take note of these to ensure we stay relevant to them in our praise and worship. Packed full of practical ideas for keeping our kids interest, it includes a very practical "How to" section on leading worship.

Crazy Science Praise Party

Join Doug and his crazy assistants for a 90 minute concert full of songs, puppets and some really fun and jaw-dropping experiments using dry ice and other chemicals to explore energy, gases and the power of air.

A warm invite to a Christmas Carols Evening hosted by Alan and Jackie Thorpe (Railway Mission). Tea and coffee will be served. Do come along if you are able - and bring your friends. All are welcome.

Sunday 26th November, 3:16pm - Sunday 3:16 for Families

Come and join us for some fun activities based around the story of ‘The wise and foolish builders’. Crafts, music and games suitable for all ages from around 2 to 11 - younger ones welcome to come too. Followed by a delicious afternoon tea.
